These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, session store, and related services operated by Trance International Pvt Ltd (“Trance,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer digital hypnotherapy-related sessions and content for personal use. Descriptions on this site are for information; individual results may vary.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Purchases and access

Prices and availability are as shown at checkout. Access to purchased sessions is provided as described in the product listing and through our application where applicable. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content you have validly purchased.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay or other authorised providers. You agree to their terms when completing payment. You are responsible for any taxes or charges applicable to your purchase.

6. Prohibited use

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse our content or systems; attempt to gain unauthorised access; or use the services in violation of law.

7. User content and community standards

Where the services let you submit content — such as a review of a session — you remain responsible for what you post. We operate a no-tolerance policy for abusive or objectionable content. That includes harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, impersonation, spam, and anything unlawful.

Every review is checked by our team before it is visible to anyone else. You can also report content and block another user from inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours and take action on it — removing the content, suspending the account that posted it, or both.

Accounts that post abusive or objectionable content are terminated. We may remove content and suspend or delete an account at our discretion where this clause is breached, without refund where the law permits.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific therapeutic outcomes. Content is not a substitute for professional medical or emergency care; seek qualified help when needed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trance and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
